§ 3-708 — Administration of airport zoning regulations

Kansas·Ch. 3 AIRCRAFT AND AIRFIELDS·Art. 7 ZONING REGULATIONS

All airport zoning regulations adopted under this act shall be administered by the political subdivision or subdivisions adopting the regulations.
