§ 3-406 — Same; leasing to federal government

Kansas·Ch. 3 AIRCRAFT AND AIRFIELDS·Art. 4 NATIONAL DEFENSE OPERATIONS DEPOTS
The governing bodies of such cities shall have power by ordinance to lease lands so acquired to the federal government or any of its agencies under such terms and conditions as shall be agreed by the governing bodies of such cities and the federal government or its agencies.
