§ 3-403 — Same; federal cooperation

Kansas·Ch. 3 AIRCRAFT AND AIRFIELDS·Art. 4 NATIONAL DEFENSE OPERATIONS DEPOTS

The board of county commissioners of any such county is hereby authorized and empowered to donate said land so acquired by deed or otherwise, to the war department of the United States, and to enter into all contracts and agreements necessary to cooperate with the secretary of war of the United States, or other federal department or agency and to do and perform any act required in order to provide for carrying out the provisions of this act.
