§ 3-310 — Same; tax levies, use of proceeds

The board of county commissioners of any county which has acquired an airport and flying field as provided in this act is hereby authorized to levy an annual tax for the purpose of purchasing, operating, improving or maintenance of same and to pay a portion of the principal and interest on bonds issued under the authority of K.S.A. 12-1774, and amendments thereto, by cities located in the county.
