§ 3-308 — Counties of 5,000 population or less

Kansas·Ch. 3 AIRCRAFT AND AIRFIELDS·Art. 3 COUNTY AIRPORTS

The provisions of this act shall apply to any county having a population of not more than five thousand (5,000) desiring to acquire, own, operate or lease an airport and flying field as provided in this act.
