Text
The board of county commissioners hereby is authorized to operate and maintain and to make such reasonable rules and regulations governing the conduct and operation, maintenance and care of public airports as may be necessary for the best interests of the county and general public and is authorized to accept federal funds, and to enter into leases and contracts with the federal government or any of its agencies, and with private individuals and persons pertaining to the use, conduct, operation, maintenance and care of public airports.
