Text
For the purpose of acquiring any necessary land or rights-of-way over the same for the operation of public airports, if the board of county commissioners cannot agree with the owner as to the price to be paid therefor, condemnation procedure may be instituted by said board and prosecuted in the name of the county, under the provisions of the general provisions of the law relating to condemnation.
