§ 3-206 — Federal aircraft or pilots

Kansas·Ch. 3 AIRCRAFT AND AIRFIELDS·Art. 2 REGULATION OF AIRCRAFT

None of the provisions of this act shall in anywise be construed to apply to govern or control aircraft owned by the United States government or pilots in the employ or service of the United States government.
