§ 3-205 — Offenses under act; penalties

Kansas·Ch. 3 AIRCRAFT AND AIRFIELDS·Art. 2 REGULATION OF AIRCRAFT

Any person violating the terms hereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in a sum not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500) or by confinement in the county jail not exceeding six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
