Text

Any person who navigates any aircraft within this state or uses any aircraft for instruction in the art of navigation, without a pilot's certificate, issued by the department of commerce of the United States, or without a valid certificate of airworthiness for such aircraft, issued by said department of commerce, where such certificate is required shall be punished as hereinafter provided.
