§ 3-164 — Same; officers

Kansas·Ch. 3 AIRCRAFT AND AIRFIELDS·Art. 1 MUNICIPAL AIRPORTS AND FIELDS

When the members of the airport authority have been appointed and qualified as provided by law, they shall meet and elect one member as president, one as vice-president and one as second vice-president, to serve for a term of one (1) year or until a successor is elected.
