§ 3-162 — Airport authority in certain cities; establishment

Kansas·Ch. 3 AIRCRAFT AND AIRFIELDS·Art. 1 MUNICIPAL AIRPORTS AND FIELDS
The governing body of any city having a population of more than two hundred fifty thousand (250,000) may establish, by ordinance, an airport authority. Such authority shall be a body corporate and politic, and the official name thereof shall be "The __________ (inserting the name of the city) airport authority."
