§ 3-155 — Same; principal and interest payable solely from revenues

Kansas·Ch. 3 AIRCRAFT AND AIRFIELDS·Art. 1 MUNICIPAL AIRPORTS AND FIELDS
Bonds issued under the terms of this act, together with interest thereon shall be paid solely and exclusively from the revenue derived from the operation or rental of such special facility for which said bonds were issued.
