§ 3-153 — "Municipality" defined

Kansas·Ch. 3 AIRCRAFT AND AIRFIELDS·Art. 1 MUNICIPAL AIRPORTS AND FIELDS
For the purposes of this act, the term "municipality" shall be construed to mean any city, county, board, commission, airport authority, or other governmental or quasi-governmental entity authorized by law to own and operate one or more airports.
