§ 3-149 — Same; sale

Kansas·Ch. 3 AIRCRAFT AND AIRFIELDS·Art. 1 MUNICIPAL AIRPORTS AND FIELDS

Bonds issued under this act shall not be sold for less than the principal amount thereof and accrued interest thereon and shall not be offered for sale to nor purchased by the state school fund commission.
