§ 3-146 — Same; how paid

Kansas·Ch. 3 AIRCRAFT AND AIRFIELDS·Art. 1 MUNICIPAL AIRPORTS AND FIELDS

Bonds issued under the terms of this act, together with interest thereon shall be paid exclusively from the revenue derived from the operation of such airport.
