§ 3-144o — Same; disposition of proceeds

Kansas·Ch. 3 AIRCRAFT AND AIRFIELDS·Art. 1 MUNICIPAL AIRPORTS AND FIELDS

The proceeds from any sale, made pursuant to the provisions of this act, shall be deposited in the airport fund or in the general fund of the city as the governing body shall direct.
