§ 3-144n — Same; deed to purchaser

Kansas·Ch. 3 AIRCRAFT AND AIRFIELDS·Art. 1 MUNICIPAL AIRPORTS AND FIELDS

Whenever the city governing body by resolution confirms such sale, the city by the mayor and city clerk is authorized to make, execute and deliver a good and sufficient deed of conveyance to the purchaser.
