§ 3-144e — Certain cities of third class of over 2,000 population with municipal airport

Kansas·Ch. 3 AIRCRAFT AND AIRFIELDS·Art. 1 MUNICIPAL AIRPORTS AND FIELDS

This act shall apply to any city of the third class in excess of two thousand (2,000) population and having a municipal airport located outside its city limits.
