§ 3-144a — Certain cities of the second class with two municipal airports

Kansas·Ch. 3 AIRCRAFT AND AIRFIELDS·Art. 1 MUNICIPAL AIRPORTS AND FIELDS
This act shall apply to any city of the second class operating under the commission-manager form of government and having two municipal airports located outside its city limits, one of which was acquired from the federal government and the other as a municipal airport or municipal field for aviation purposes.
