Text
The board of public utilities, in the management, control and operation of the airport and municipal fields for aviation purposes, may co-operate with the federal government in promoting all defense measures and, in so doing, may comply with any federal act applicable thereto and rules promulgated thereunder, and to use any funds that may be available for such purposes in such manner as will comply with the provisions of any such federal act, including any grant or grants of money therein provided, and to do all other acts and things necessary to be done in order to comply with the provisions of any such federal act and rules promulgated thereunder.
