§ 28-811 — Additional compensation for certain county officers and employees

All county officers, their deputies, assistants and employees, except the officers whose salaries are fixed by sections 2 to 12, both sections inclusive, of this act, and except the assistant county attorney of any county having a population of more than forty thousand (40,000) and an assessed tangible valuation of more than sixty million dollars ($60,000,000) and not more than seventy-five million dollars ($75,000,000), shall receive compensation in the amount of twenty percent (20%) of the salary fixed by statute for each such officer, deputy, assistant or employee, and such compensation shall be in addition to the salary fixed by statute.
