§ 28-811 — Additional compensation for certain county officers and employees

All county officers, their deputies, assistants and employees, except the officers whose salaries are fixed by sections 2 to 12, both sections inclusive, of this act, and except the assistant county attorney of any county having a population of more than forty thousand (40,000) and an assessed tangible valuation of more than sixty million dollars ($60,000,000) and not more than seventy-five million dollars ($75,000,000), shall receive compensation in the amount of twenty percent (20%) of the salary fixed by statute for each such officer, deputy, assistant or employee, and such compensation shall be in addition to the salary fixed by statute. Such additional compensation shall be paid in equal monthly installments and may be paid even though such expenditure was not included in the county b
