The county clerk in each county shall collect from the party requiring such clerk's services for the use of the county the following fees: For recording any mark or brand and giving certificates for the same, twenty-five cents; for recording each certificate of strays and forwarding a description of the same, as provided by law, fifty cents; certificate and seal when the same is required by law to be made by the county clerk, fifty cents; taking and certifying affidavits, except upon claims against the county, twenty-five cents. Fees for providing access to or copies of public records shall be collected by the county clerk in accordance with a schedule prepared pursuant to subsection (c) of K.S.A. 45-219, and amendments thereto. For any other services for which a fee is now provided by law
