Text
(a)There is hereby established a prosecuting attorneys' training fund. The clerk of the district court shall charge a fee of $1 in each criminal case, to be deducted from the docket fee as provided in K.S.A. 28-172a, and amendments thereto and shall charge a fee of $1 in each case pursuant to the revised Kansas code for care of children or the revised Kansas juvenile justice code and each mental illness, drug abuse or alcoholism treatment action as provided by subsection (c) of K.S.A. 28-170, and amendments thereto. The clerk of the district court, at least monthly, shall pay all such fees received to the county treasurer who shall credit the same to the prosecuting attorneys' training fund.
