§ 25-3809 — Application of 25-3801 to 25-3808

Kansas·Ch. 25 ELECTIONS·Art. 38 POLITICAL PARTIES
The provisions of K.S.A. 25-3801 to 25-3808, inclusive, shall apply only to political parties authorized by law to nominate candidates by primary election.
