§ 23-37,317 — Costs and expenses
Kansas·Ch. 23 KANSAS FAMILY LAW CODE·Art. 37 UNIFORM CHILD-CUSTODY JURISDICTION AND ENFORCEMENT ACT (UCCJEA)
(UCCJEA 317). If the respondent is not the prevailing party, the court may assess against the respondent all direct expenses and costs incurred by the prosecutor and law enforcement officers under K.S.A. 23-37,315 or 23-37,316, and amendments thereto.
