§ 23-37,316 — Role of law enforcement

Kansas·Ch. 23 KANSAS FAMILY LAW CODE·Art. 37 UNIFORM CHILD-CUSTODY JURISDICTION AND ENFORCEMENT ACT (UCCJEA)
(UCCJEA 316). At the request of a prosecutor acting under K.S.A. 23-37,315, and amendments thereto, a law enforcement officer may take any lawful action reasonably necessary to locate a child or a party and assist a prosecutor with responsibilities under K.S.A. 23-37,315, and amendments thereto.
