§ 23-37,309 — Service of petition and order

Kansas·Ch. 23 KANSAS FAMILY LAW CODE·Art. 37 UNIFORM CHILD-CUSTODY JURISDICTION AND ENFORCEMENT ACT (UCCJEA)
(UCCJEA 309). Except as otherwise provided in K.S.A. 23-37,311, and amendments thereto, the petition and order must be served, by any method authorized by the law of this state, upon respondent and any person who has physical custody of the child.
