§ 23-37,107 — Priority

Kansas·Ch. 23 KANSAS FAMILY LAW CODE·Art. 37 UNIFORM CHILD-CUSTODY JURISDICTION AND ENFORCEMENT ACT (UCCJEA)
(UCCJEA 107). If a question of existence or exercise of jurisdiction under this act is raised in a child-custody proceeding, the question, upon request of a party, must be given priority on the calendar and handled expeditiously.
