Kansas·Ch. 23 KANSAS FAMILY LAW CODE·Art. 37 UNIFORM CHILD-CUSTODY JURISDICTION AND ENFORCEMENT ACT (UCCJEA)
(UCCJEA 103). This act does not govern a proceeding pertaining to the authorization of emergency medical care for a child.
