Kansas·Ch. 23 KANSAS FAMILY LAW CODE·Art. 37 UNIFORM CHILD-CUSTODY JURISDICTION AND ENFORCEMENT ACT (UCCJEA)
(UCCJEA 101). The provisions of K.S.A. 23-37,101 through 23-37,405 may be cited as the uniform child-custody jurisdiction and enforcement act.
