§ 23-3324 — Severability of provisions of act

Kansas·Ch. 23 KANSAS FAMILY LAW CODE·Art. 33 NONPARENT VISITATION
If any provision of this act or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions of applications of this act that can be given effect without the invalid provisions or application, and to this end the provisions of this act are severable.
