Text
When issuing a final order of visitation, the court shall make findings of fact and conclusions of law as required by K.S.A. 60-252, and amendments thereto, in support of its decision or, if the petition is dismissed pursuant to K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 23-3312, and amendments thereto, or a motion for modification is denied pursuant to K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 23-3317, and amendments thereto, state the reasons for the dismissal or denial.
