Text
Whenever a treaty is in force between the United States and a foreign country providing for the transfer of offenders between the United States and such foreign country, the governor is authorized to give the approval of the state of Kansas to a transfer as provided in the treaty, upon the application of a person under the jurisdiction of the secretary of corrections or the secretary for aging and disability services.
