§ 21-6811b — Determination of offender's criminal history; severability

Kansas·Ch. 21 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS·Art. 68 REVISED SENTENCING GUIDELINES

If any provision of this act* is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the act, and to this end the provisions of this act are severable.
