§ 21-5936 — Fraudulent aircraft registration

Kansas·Ch. 21 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS·Art. 59 CRIMES AFFECTING GOVERNMENT FUNCTIONS
(a)Fraudulent aircraft registration is:
(1)Owning, possessing, or operating any aircraft in this state knowing that it is registered to a nonexistent person, firm, business or corporation or to a firm, business or corporation that is no longer a legal entity;
(2)knowingly supplying false information by any person to a governmental entity in regard to the name, address, business name or business address of the owner of an aircraft in or operated in the state; or
(3)knowingly supplying false information by any person, firm, business or corporation to any governmental entity in regard to ownership by such person, firm, business or corporation or another firm, business or corporation of an aircraft in or operated in this state if it is determined that such firm, business or corporation: (A
