Kansas Statutes
§ 21-5429 — Endangerment
(a)Endangerment is recklessly exposing another person to a danger of great bodily harm or death.
(b)Endangerment is a class A person misdemeanor.
(c)This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas criminal code.
