Text

(a)The secretary of the governing body of the extension district shall:
(1)Record the proceedings of all meetings of the governing body in books provided for that purpose within 20 days following the meeting;
(2)prepare and submit to each meeting of the governing body a report on the work and activities of the extension district since the last meeting of the governing body; and (3) perform such other duties as are usually performed by secretaries and as may be prescribed by the governing body.
(b)The records of the secretary shall be open to public inspection at all reasonable times.
