Text
The board of county commissioners of any county in this state in which an agricultural demonstration farm has been or shall be hereafter located, with the consent of such board of county commissioners, by the board of regents, is hereby authorized to lease or donate to the board of regents any portion of lands owned by said county, not exceeding forty acres in extent, suitable for use in demonstrating the value of crops and methods in farming, gardening, horticulture and forestry, and to contract for the carrying on of such demonstration work under the plans, direction and supervision of representatives of the board of regents.
