Text
All payments out of the funds provided for in this act, shall be made by the county treasurer upon the written order of the association in charge of such fair; each order to be signed by the president and attested by the secretary, of such association. Any balance of such fund remaining in the hands of the county treasurer after the payment of the premiums herein provided for shall be annually transferred to the general fund of the county.
