Text
If the grain assessment is not paid to the secretary as provided in K.S.A. 2-3007, and amendments thereto, or within 10 days thereafter, the lien may within one year after the expiration of such 10-day period be foreclosed in any court having jurisdiction in the county in which the grain was grown, or sold, or in which such grain may be found, or in which such grain may have been commingled with other like grain.
