Text
Each commission created pursuant to K.S.A. 2-3002 shall meet as soon as practicable for the purpose of organizing. Each commission shall elect a chairperson from its appointed membership. Each commission may meet at any time deemed necessary and on call of the chairperson, but shall meet at least annually for public discussion of policy with respect to its respective grain commodity.
