Text
The secretary shall refuse to register any product that does not comply with this act and the rules and regulations promulgated under this act. The secretary is also authorized and empowered to revoke any registration upon satisfactory evidence that the registrant or any of his or her agents has used fraudulent or deceptive practices except that registration shall not be revoked until the registrant has been given an opportunity for a hearing in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act.
