Kansas Statutes
§ 2-2810 — Inspection
The secretary or his or her authorized agents may inspect, sample, analyze and test soil amendments distributed in this state at any time and place, and to such extent that he or she may deem necessary to determine whether such soil amendments are in compliance with this act.
