Text
Notwithstanding the provisions of K.S.A. 2-2475, the order of designation of a pesticide management area shall be in full force and effect 60 days from the date of publication in the Kansas register unless and until its operation shall be stayed by an appeal therefrom in accordance with the provisions of the act for judicial review and civil enforcement of agency action. The secretary upon request shall deliver a copy of such order to any interested person who is affected by such order, and shall file a copy of the same with the register of deeds of any county which lies within such designated pesticide management area.
