Text
Notwithstanding the provisions of K.S.A. 2-2470, and amendments thereto, whenever the secretary deems it necessary to preserve the health, safety and welfare or the natural resources of the state, the secretary is hereby authorized to promulgate rules and regulations imposing limitations on the use of any pesticide.
