Text
(a)(1) The categories of qualification for certification and licensing shall include:
(A)Agricultural pest control;
(B)forest pest control;
(C)ornamental and turf pest control;
(D)seed treatment;
(E)aquatic pest control;
(F)right-of-way pest control;
(G)industrial, institutional, structural and health related pest control;
(H)public health pest control;
(I)regulatory pest control;
(J)demonstration and research pest control;
(K)sodium cyanide predator control;
(L)aerial pest control; and
(M)soil fumigation.
(2)Sodium fluoroacetate predator control applications shall not be allowed.
(b)The secretary shall have authority to subdivide any category of qualification for certification or licensing enumerated in subsection (a) of this section in order to account for the special nee
