Text
(a)Any person violating K.S.A. 2-2203 (a)(1) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars and not more than five hundred dollars.
(b)Any person violating any provisions of this act other than K.S.A. 2-2203 (a)(1) or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this act other than K.S.A. 2-2203 (a)(1) or violating or failing to comply with any rule or regulation adopted under the provisions of this act, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars for the first offense and upon conviction for a subsequent offense shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars or more than five hundred dollars for each subsequent offense: Provided, That any offense committed more than five
