Text
The state fair board is hereby authorized and empowered to grant easements for sewers and public utilities and for street purposes to the city of Hutchinson, Kansas, its successors and assigns, permitting the use of a portion of the Kansas state fairgrounds along and within 30 feet of the south side of the street adjoining and contiguous to the north side of the southwest quarter of section six, township 23, range five west, in Reno county, Kansas, less the east 20 acres of such quarter section. Such easements shall be granted under such terms and conditions as are lawful and proper.
