Text
Each board of county commissioners is authorized to create a soil drifting fund and levy a tax against all taxable tangible property of the county to pay for the cost of work done, or hired to be done, by the board of county commissioners and to pay a portion of the principal and interest on bonds issued under the authority of K.S.A. 12-1774, and amendments thereto, by cities located in the county.
